On the early afternoon of Tuesday July 23rd, 2024 Bill Frazier passed away peacefully in his sleep. In his final days and weeks, he was surrounded and cared for by his children, his lineage disciples, his students, and his closest friends. Although his passing arrived too soon, his final days were filled with heart felt connection, beautiful music, and incredible treats. He admitted that some of the best days of his life were in his final ones.

Bill was a long-time devoted practitioner and lineage holder of the JinJing Gong style of Qigong as taught to him by Wang Qingyu of Sichuan China. For over 20 years he held a Sunday night practice at his home to practice the JinJing Gong followed by an hour long lecture where he would ponder over various topics including Chinese Medicine and Philosophy, Western Astrology, various Esoteric practices, telling stories of his life, and really whatever grabbed his interest that week. It was the heart and soul of his life ​and yet we can all agree, he was the Heart and Soul of this ritual that will truly be missed.​​
